Calorie controlled cooking spray

Bacon medallions, raw

2 rasher(s)

Egg, whole, raw

2 medium, raw

WW Wholemeal Wraps

1 individual

Avocado

¼ medium, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Coat a small frying pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook for 5 minutes, turning frequently, until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs until well blended. Add the eggs to the pan, cook for 3 - 5 minutes, until scrambled, stirring frequently.
  3. Spoon the eggs down middle of the wrap, top with the avocado, and bacon. Roll up and slice in half.
