Ingredients

Chickpeas, cooked

1 can(s), large, drained, drained, rinsed

Tinned Tomatoes

1 can(s), large

Cherry Tomatoes

100 g

Vegetable stock cube

1 cube(s), to make 300ml stock

Garlic

1 clove(s), chopped

Coriander, Dried

1 teaspoon(s), level

Ground Cinnamon

½ teaspoon(s), level

Chilli Powder

½ teaspoon(s), level

Lime Juice, Fresh

2 tablespoon(s)

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

20 g

Instructions

  1. Put the chickpeas in a pan with the tin of tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, vegetable stock, garlic, coriander, cinnamon, and chilli powder.
  2. Squeeze in the juice of 1 lime, then blitz with a blender until smooth.
  3. Gently heat through, season to taste and serve, or chill in the fridge and serve cold, with yogurt swirled through each serving.
