We put a refreshing, fruity spin on this lime-based drink that takes just five minutes to make and requires four ingredients. Feel free to substitute any frozen berries for the raspberries. You can add some gin, rum, or vodka for the real deal. To make it, all you have to do is blend together the frozen raspberries, fresh lime juice, sugar, and seltzer in a blender until the drink is smooth. It doesn't get much easier or more delicious than that. Feel free to garnish with a slice of lemon or some mint leaves, if desired. This recipe is designed to serve four, but you can scale it up if you want to make a batch of cocktails for a thirsty crowd.

Ingredients

Unsweetened frozen raspberries

2 cup(s)

Fresh lime juice

2 Tbsp, (1 fl oz)

Sugar

¼ cup(s)

Seltzer

16 fl oz, (2 cups)

Instructions

  1. Combine frozen raspberries, lime juice, sugar and seltzer in a blender; blend until smooth. Remove blender container from stand and shake it; blend again. Serve immediately. Yields about 1 cup per serving.
