Your WeightWatchers® membership includes more than just our trusted Points® system! We give you all the tools and support you need to make a change—and stick with it. Read on to make sure you're taking advantage of everything we’ve got:
1. The WW app
Our award-winning, easy-to-use app lets you work the program wherever you are. Track the food you eat, water you drink, and activity you clock when and how it's convenient for you.
2. A Points Budget
Points take the guesswork out of weight loss by distilling complicated nutritional facts into a single number. Every food and drink is assigned a Points value based on its calories, fat, sugar, fiber, and protein.
You'll get a daily Points Budget that's specifically designed to help you reach your weight loss, weight maintenance, or wellness goal, plus extra weeklies to spend on whatever you want. (Think birthday parties, last-minute plans, or your friend’s iconic banana cream pudding.) And for extra flexibility, you can roll over up to 4 unused Points into your weeklies!
With the new WW program, you also get a list of ZeroPoint® foods that you don’t need to weigh, measure, or track because they form the foundation of healthy eating patterns, making the program more livable than ever before.
3. Workshops
Whether you attend in person or virtually, you'll get stay-on-track guidance from WW Coaches and support from fellow members.
4. Sleep tools
You can track your sleep right in the WW app, just like you track food and activity!
- Learn simple sleep-better strategies and see how sleep plays a role in your weight-loss journey.
- Discover what’s working, and what’s not, so you can make healthy changes.
- After you track, you can click into a content card to learn a technique that can improve your sleep.
- You’ll see articles across the WeightWatchers experience about the sleep-weight connection, with insight from sleep experts and actionable tips.
5. Water tracking
Keep yourself well hydrated by tracking how much water you're drinking! Simply tap the “+” icon in the water row that appears on your home screen. You'll see a water animation to indicate the amount that has been tracked.
6. A food Barcode Scanner
To make mindful eating easier than ever, the WW App includes a barcode scanner for easy, one-tap tracking. Keep it open while you're at the grocery store or the office snack stash to see how your go-to's stack up—or discover a new low-Points favorite.
7. Fitness device syncing
Have an activity tracker? It easily syncs with the WW app so you can keep count of your daily steps and workouts—and add Points!—without lifting a finger.
8. Connect
Connect, our members-only social community, is the most positive social space you will find. Get inspiration from other members, share tips and tricks for making the program work, and get access to Connect Groups, where you can meet members with common interests.
9. 13,000+ recipes
No matter what you want to eat, and how little cooking experience you've got, there's a PersonalPoints-friendly recipe to hit the spot. Just search our database, which is available in the WW app and desktop experience and constantly updated so you'll never run out of ideas.
10. 24/7 Live Coaching
Have a burning question about the program? Our 24/7 Live Coaching, which is available in the WW App, connects you with WeightWatchers coaches who are at the ready to provide you with answers any time. (Yes, even at 2 a.m.!)

12. Support from Siri
iOS users can ask Siri to "track my breakfast" or "tell me how many Points I have left." Over time, Siri will learn your habits and help recommend shortcuts to keep you on track!
13. Blue dot challenge
Have you ever wondered what those blue dots are on your Journey tab? They represent days you've stayed in the healthy eating zone, which means you're eating within 10 Points below your Budget and up to 5 over it. To show off your progress, screenshot your streak and post it on Connect with the hashtag #bluedotchallenge.
14. Recipe Builder
Within our app or desktop experience, you can build your own recipes for easy tracking. (Also be sure to take advantage of ‘Favorite’ foods. Have a food you eat regularly? Tap the star beside its name and it will live in your favorites for one-tap tracking!)
15. Meal ideas
Get daily recipe suggestions and meal ideas right in your app or on desktop.
16. Weight tracking and milestones
