Ingredients

Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

20 g

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

20 g

Dill, Fresh

2 teaspoon(s), chopped, plus extra to serve

Red onion

¼ medium, finely chopped

Lemon

½ zest(s) of 1, plus lemon wedges to serve

Super seed bread

2 serving(s)

Sardines in brine, drained

1 can(s), drained weight

Green chilli peppers in brine (no added sugar)

30 g, sliced, optional

Radish

2 medium, sliced

Salad leaves

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, dill, onion and half the lemon zest. Spread the mayonnaise mixture onto the toasted bread & divide the sardines between the slices.
  2. Top the sardines with the chilli peppers (if using), radishes and the remaining lemon zest. Garnish with mixed salad leaves, dill and lemon wedges.
