Blitz frozen raspberries and cranberries in a blender to make this speedy sorbet.

Ingredients

Raspberries

225 g, frozen, (8 oz)

Cranberries

225 g, frozen, (8 oz)

Lemon Juice, Fresh

1 tablespoon(s)

Water

300 ml, (1/2 pint)

Artificial sweetener

6 tablespoon(s)

Instructions

  1. Put the raspberries and cranberries into a blender with the lemon juice, water and sweetener. Whiz together until pureed. (You may have to do this in batches).
  2. Tip the mixture into a freezer container and freeze until solid.
  3. Take the sorbet from the freezer about 15-20 minutes before you wish to serve, so that it softens slightly.

Notes

Use frozen summer berries instead of raspberries if you prefer.
