When it comes to a quick, satisfying breakfast, it is hard to beat overnight oats. Here, almond milk and chocolate peanut butter powder join forces for a rich, nutty breakfast cereal. We suggest topping it with banana slices, but you could use just about any kind of fresh fruit you have on hand.

Ingredients

Banana

1 medium, halved

Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats

Unsweetened chocolate almond milk

½ cup(s)

Chocolate peanut butter powder

2 Tbsp

Table salt

1 pinch(es)

Instructions

  1. Mash half of banana in a medium jar or large glass; chop other banana half and add to jar with remaining ingredients. Stir, cover and refrigerate overnight; serve (garnished with fresh banana, optional).
  2. Serving size: 1 oatmeal jar
