With just Greek yoghurt and self-raising flour, you can create a dough that's perfect for whipping up delicious pizzas, flatbreads, breadsticks, bagels and so much more. In just 25 minutes total time, including a quick 10-minute prep, you'll have a versatile dough ready to shape and bake into your favourite creations. Customise your dough by adding dry or fresh seasonings to infuse extra flavour into your dish.

Ingredients

99% fat-free, plain Greek yoghurt, unsweetened

1 cup(s), (240g)

White self-raising flour

1 cup(s), (200g)

Instructions

  1. Place flour in a medium bowl and stir in yoghurt with a flat-blade knife to form a dough. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 2 minutes or until smooth and no longer sticky.
  2. Divide dough into 8 even portions and roll or shape as instructed in the chosen recipe.

Notes

Baking times and temperatures vary based on how the dough is shaped and your choice of toppings or fillings but as a general guide, the dough cooks well at 180°C-200°C for about 10-15 minutes. Once rolled out, dough rounds can be stacked with a piece of baking paper between each one, then sealed in a snap-lock bag and frozen for up to 2 months. To make pizzas, transfer the frozen rounds to lightly oiled baking trays, add your choice of toppings and bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes or until dough is crisp and topping is light golden.
