To give turkey bacon a little more flavor, sprinkle it with a pinch of black pepper or smoked paprika before cooking.

Ingredients

Uncooked turkey bacon

6 slice(s), cut into 1/2-inch pieces

Light mayonnaise

Fat free half and half creamer

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in medium nonstick skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 3 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
  2. To make dressing, whisk together mayonnaise, half-and-half, lemon juice, mustard, and pepper in serving bowl. Add salad greens, turkey, tomatoes, and croutons. Sprinkle with bacon; toss until coated evenly. Serve immediately.
