You just can’t beat a classic tuna salad when it’s time for lunch. Rolled up in a wholegrain flatbread with some lettuce, it makes a simple and satisfying midday meal. If your bread gets soggy, line it with the lettuce leaves and then layer on the tuna. Just make sure the lettuce is dry.

Ingredients

Flatbread

1 item(s)

Canned tuna packed in water

3 oz

Reduced calorie mayonnaise

2 Tbsp

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

1 Tbsp

Bell pepper

1 Tbsp, red, chopped

Celery

1 Tbsp, chopped

Dijon mustard

1 tsp

Dill

½ tsp

Lettuce

2 leaf/leaves, large

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, yogurt, red pepper, celery, mustard, and dill; season with salt and pepper (optional).
  2. To assemble wrap, spread tuna salad onto wrap, cover with lettuce leaves, and roll up, beginning at rounded end. Cut in half and enjoy!
  3. Makes 1 serving.
