This roasted potatoes recipe is a perennial favorite that you'll find yourself making again and again. You can enjoy them with roasted chicken, lean burgers, steak, or eggs; the possibilities are endless. It also couldn't be easier to make. First, the potatoes are tossed with a savory mixture of Dijon mustard, olive oil, and an herb medley of fresh rosemary, oregano, and parsley.
