We love making homemade dressings, which require very few ingredients, some of which you may already have on hand, to really put your salads and sandwiches over the top flavor-wise. This version requires fresh raspberries, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, honey mustard, and olive oil. These ingredients, minus the raspberries, are the building blocks for most vinaigrettes, so feel free to experiment and make your own. Otherwise, all you have to do is press the berries through a sieve to get rid of the seeds; we just can't get enough of the color and tang the berries provide. If you'd like a more savory dressing, add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

Ingredients

Fresh raspberries

1 cup(s), or thawed frozen unsweetened

White wine vinegar

2 Tbsp

Fresh lemon juice

¼ cup(s)

Honey mustard

2 Tbsp

Olive oil

1½ Tbsp

Instructions

  1. Press berries through sieve set over small bowl, pressing hard on solids to extract puree; discard seeds.
  2. Add vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, and oil to berries, whisking until blended well.
  3. Serving size: about 2 tablespoons
