If your family often turns up their noses at salad, surprise them with this tasty version they’re sure to love—because it replicates the flavors of pepperoni pizza. It features a mixture of salted cherry tomatoes, turkey pepperoni, and mozzarella pearls spooned atop shredded romaine dressed with a simple red wine vinegar dressing. The crowning touch is a handful of crunchy Parmesan crisps; look for them near the croutons and salad dressings in your grocery store.
