This delicious 5-minute dip is a breeze to throw together for your next get-together. You can serve it with pita chips or a variety of fresh cut vegetables. Additionally, you could thin it with a little water and use it as a pourable sauce for roasted or grilled salmon or drizzle it over roasted potatoes, broccoli, or carrots to add some oomph to an otherwise average meal. For a less tangy dip, substitute half of the Greek yogurt for sour cream. If you have any leftover dip, you can store it, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days.
