Our copycat version of a fast-food restaurant favorite comes together in a snap, making for an easy lunch that you can whip up any time. We boost store-bought ranch dressing with a little yogurt for more of a tangy buttermilk-like flavor. If you don’t have leftover grilled chicken on hand, either cook some quickly in a stovetop grill pan, or substitute canned tuna or salmon.

Ingredients

Light ranch

1½ Tbsp

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

½ Tbsp

Low carb, high fiber tortilla wrap

1 tortilla(s)

Romaine lettuce

1 cup(s), shredded, chopped

Reduced fat cheddar cheese

2 Tbsp, shredded

Grilled skinless boneless chicken breast

3 oz, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the ranch and yogurt. Onto the tortilla wrap, arrange the lettuce, cheese, and chicken; drizzle with the dressing and wrap up.
