This is a grown up fruit salad, the perfect ending to warm weather dinner parties or weekend brunches outdoors. We suggest colorful strawberries, peaches, blueberries, and melon in this salad, but you can use any fruit that’s in season. We mix honey, lemon, and limoncello, then toss in the juicy fruit. Limoncello is a sweet, aromatic liqueur made from lemons, produced mainly in the citrus-growing areas of Southern Italy. It’s widely available, but since it’s fairly easy to make at home many Italians and Italian-Americans make their own. It is often served icy cold, so stash your bottle in the freezer.
