These cheese crisps make a great snack, salad or soup topper, and also are a tasty addition to sandwiches. Use a high-quality Parmesan cheese such as Parmigiano-Reggiano for the best flavor and outcome. Swap in other seasonings to make different flavor crisps.

Ingredients

Grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup(s)

All-purpose flour

1½ Tbsp

Everything bagel seasoning blend

1 Tbsp, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line 2 or 3 large sheet pans with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cheese, flour, and seasoning. Spoon cheese mixture by generous tablespoonfuls onto prepared pan, leaving 4 inches between each pile of cheese (cheese will spread as it bakes).
  3. Bake until cheese is completely melted, golden brown, and slightly darker at edges, 5 to 8 minutes. Remove from oven and let cheese crisps rest on pans for 2 minutes; transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
  4. Serving size: 3 crisps
