Strawberries

Raspberries

Blueberries

Kiwifruit

Mango

Coconut water

Instructions

  1. Divide the fruit among 4 (2-oz) ice pop molds. Pour the coconut water over the fruit, leaving a ¼-inch gap at the top of each mold.
  2. Freeze the molds for 6 hours or overnight until the ice pops are frozen solid. Carefully release the ice pops from the molds to serve.
  3. Serving size: 1 ice pop
