Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a small sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Roughly chop the brownies and divide evenly among phyllo shells. Place the shells on the prepared pan. Bake until the filling is heated through and the shells are toasted, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven; sprinkle evenly with the sea salt and top each tart with 1 tsp whipped topping. Serve warm.
