Chicken Rub

A fabulous way to flavor any type of poultry. Not only does this simple spice rub add robust flavor to the surface of chicken, but it’s also equally tasty on thick pieces of fish. For best results, rub the mixture into the chicken about 30 minutes before cooking. This recipe makes enough rub for about 4 pounds of chicken and we recommend using it immediately. Its zesty punch will weaken and become less flavorful when stored for longer than a day. So, plan to make this when serving a crowd or getting a jumps-start on prepping cooked chicken for later in the week.
