We put our genius two-ingredient dough, made with only self-rising flour and Greek yogurt, to delicious use in these individual pizzas that feature a fall-inspired combo of sweet-tart apple, savory chicken sausage, and sharp cheddar.

Ingredients

Cooking spray

4 spray(s)

Self-rising flour

1¼ cup(s), plus more for dusting

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

1 cup(s)

Reduced fat cheddar cheese

¾ cup(s), shredded, sharp variety

Apple

1 small, cored and thinly sliced

Chicken apple sausage

3 oz, thinly sliced

Arugula

1 cup(s), baby

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Using a wooden spoon, in a medium bowl, stir the flour and yogurt until just combined. Using your hands, knead the dough until smooth, about 2 minutes. Arrange a large piece of parchment or wax paper on a work surface and lightly dust with flour. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each piece into an 8-inch-long oval shape.
  3. Coat a large cast-iron skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high. Add 1 dough piece and cook until bubbles appear on the top and the bottom is lightly charred, 1 to 2 minutes. Turn the crust over and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer the crust to the prepared pan. Repeat with the remaining dough pieces.
  4. Top the crusts with the cheese, apple slices, and sausage. Bake until the cheese melts and the sausage is lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Top the pizzas with the arugula.
  5. Serving size: 1 pizza
