Ingredients

Aquafaba egg substitute

130 ml

Peach

200 g

Icing Sugar

60 g

Vanilla Extract

1 teaspoon(s), level

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the aquafaba for 5 - 10 minutes, or until stiff peaks form.
  2. Meanwhile, in a blender puree the peaches, icing sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold the peach mixture into the aquafaba. Spoon into a 9 inch loaf pan. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours, until firm.
