Ingredients

Potatoes, Raw

1000 g, peeled and quartered

Kale, raw

250 g

Skimmed Milk

75 ml

Parsley, fresh

2 tablespoon(s)

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes and sliced kale in a pan of boiling water for 20 minutes until tender. Meanwhile warm the milk in a saucepan.
  2. Once the potatoes are cooked, drain, then mash the potatoes and the kale together whilst gradually adding the milk, continue to mash until you have a mash potato consistency. Add in the parsley and season with salt and pepper. Stir together then serve with meat or fish.
