Enjoy these tasty tacos for a quick light bite – they only take minutes to make.

Ingredients

Lettuce

1 individual, shredded

Spring Onions

2 medium, thinly sliced

Radish

4 medium, thinly sliced

Tomato

1 large, chopped

Cucumber

¼ portion(s), medium, finely chopped

Rice Wine Vinegar

1 tablespoon(s), or lemon juice

Taco shell

4 individual, medium

Discovery Foods Deep South Cajun Spice Mix

5 g, (1 tsp)

Beef rump steak, raw

150 g

Calorie controlled cooking spray

5 spray(s)

Instructions

  1. Mix together the lettuce, spring onions, radish, tomato and cucumber. Sprinkle with a few drops of vinegar or lemon juice. Share between the taco shells.
  2. Rub the Cajun seasoning into the steak, then slice it thinly. Heat a frying pan and spray with low fat cooking spray, fry the steak strips for 3-4 minutes or until done to your liking.
  3. Share the hot steak between the taco shells. Serve at once.

Notes

Warm the taco shells in a low oven for a few minutes to make them extra crisp.
