Specially designed to look amazing on Insta (as well as wowing your family and friends, of course), these savoury and sweet bites are guaranteed to liven up your foodie feed

Ingredients

Low Fat Soft Cheese

90 g

Lemon

½ zest(s) of 1

Sourdough Bread

80 g, 8 x 10g slices

Prosciutto

4 slice(s)

Fig

4 individual, quartered

Mint, Fresh

8 sprig(s), roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Put the light cream cheese in a bowl with the lemon zest. Season well and then mix well to combine. Keep chilled until required.
  2. Lightly toast the sourdough bread. Spread cream cheese over each bread slice. Top with the prosciutto and figs. Sprinkle with mint leaves. Season and serve.

Notes

If you can't get hold of fresh figs, this would work well with thin slices of fresh plum or melon too.
