For a savoury bite with a difference, try this spin on the popular Japanese appetiser.

Ingredients

Tesco Edamame Beans (Frozen)

100 g

Salt

½ teaspoon(s)

Black pepper

½ pinch

Lemon

½ teaspoon(s), zest

Blue Dragon Light Soy Sauce

1 teaspoon(s)

Instructions

  1. Bring a pan of water to the boil, add the edamame pods and cook for 5 minutes. Drain, refresh under cold running water then drain again and transfer to a small bowl.
  2. Combine the sea salt flakes, pepper and lemon zest in a small bowl. Scatter the mixture over the cooked edamame and toss to coat, then drizzle over the soy sauce.
