Ingredients

Light feta cheese

120 g, cut into 12 cubes

Fennel Seeds

¼ teaspoon(s), level

Oregano, Dried

¼ teaspoon(s), level

Lemon

½ zest(s) of 1

Lemon Juice, Fresh

20 ml

Cherry Tomatoes

Cucumber

1 portion(s), medium, cut into 12 chunks

Olives, in Brine

Instructions

  1. Place the feta in a small bowl. In a pestle and mortar, crush the fennel seeds, oregano, and season with black pepper.
  2. Stir juice and grated lemon zest into the spices. Drizzle over the feta and marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated feta onto skewers followed by a cherry tomato, a cube of cucumber and an olive. Serve 3 skewers per person.
