Reduced fat natural cottage cheese

Cucumber

¼ individual, medium, sliced

Mint, Fresh

Instructions

  1. Spread a little Marmite thinly over 3 sesame-seed crispbreads.
  2. Top each one with 25g low fat cottage cheese.
  3. Arrange some thin slices of cucumber on top, then serve garnished with a fresh mint leaf.
