For a savoury bite with a difference, try this spin on the popular Japanese appetiser.

Ingredients

Tesco Edamame Beans (Frozen)

100 g

Chilli flakes

½ teaspoon(s), level

Salt

½ teaspoon(s)

Instructions

  1. Bring a pan of water to the boil, add the edamame pods and cook for 5 minutes. Drain, refresh under cold running water then drain again and transfer to a small bowl.
  2. Combine the chilli flakes and sea salt flakes, then scatter the mixture over the cooked edamame. Toss to coat & serve.
