Ingredients

Apricots in juice, not drained

410 g

Banana

1 medium

Unsweetened Soya Milk

1¾ serving(s), 1/4 pint, 250ml

Instructions

  1. Drain the apricots, reserving the juice. Place in a blender with the banana, soya milk and 100ml of the reserved apricot juice. Whizz until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve.
