Bircher muesli with peaches

Put the chopped peach in a mini food processor and blitz until smooth. Put the skimmed milk, porridge oats, vanilla, yogurt and the peach purée in a large bowl and stir to combine. Cover with clingfilm, then chill in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight. To serve, top the muesli with the sliced peach, flaked almonds and honey.
