We've merged the two viral trends – yoghurt bark and date bark – to great this tasty snack. Chopped ZeroPoint medjool dates provide a gooey-chewy sweetness, while the almonds provide plenty of crunch, and chocolate peanut butter powder and melted chocolate offer plenty of richness. Ingredients

99% fat-free, plain Greek yoghurt, unsweetened

1½ cup(s), (360g)

Chocolate peanut butter powder

cup(s), (75g)

Fresh dates

cup(s), (155g), chopped

Roasted almonds

cup(s), (55g), chopped

Dark chocolate chips

½ cup(s), (100g)

Salt

½ tsp, flakes

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together yoghurt and peanut butter powder until well combined. Line a large rectangular baking tray with baking paper. Spread yoghurt mixture over tray.
  2. Sprinkle dates and almonds evenly over yoghurt mixture.
  3. In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate chips on High for 1 minute or until melted, stopping to stir every 20 seconds. Drizzle chocolate evenly over yoghurt mixture, spreading and lightly swirling to cover the mixture as much as possible. Sprinkle salt over the top. Place tray in the freezer for 1 to 1½ hours or until firm. Cut into 12 equal pieces.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
