Ingredients

Rolled oats, dry

13 g, (2 tbs)

Chia seeds

1 tbs, white

Unsweetened almond milk

1 cup(s), (250ml)

Blackberries

¼ cup(s), (40g)

Fresh strawberries

4 individual, thinly sliced

Flaked almonds

2 tsp, toasted

Sugar-free maple syrup

1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, chia and milk in a small saucepan over low heat. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring, for 5 minutes or until thick and creamy.
  2. Arrange blackberries, strawberries and almonds over pudding. Drizzle with syrup to serve.

Notes

TIPS: This pudding can also be served cold. To toast almonds, toss them in a small, dry, non-stick frying pan over medium heat until golden. Add it: ¼ tsp ground cinnamon in Step 1. Swap it: Oats for quinoa flakes.
