Frozen strawberries

Watermelon

40 g, frozen, chopped

Fresh basil

3 tsp, shredded, plus 1 tsp extra, to serve

Fresh strawberries

2 individual, quartered

Instructions

Process banana, frozen strawberries, watermelon and basil in a small food processor, scraping down sides several times, until smooth.
Scoop into a serving bowl. Top with fresh strawberries, edible flowers (see note) and 1 tsp fresh basil leaves to serve.

Notes

TIP: Ensure flowers are edible and unsprayed before using as some can be toxic. Try rose petals, lavender flowers or rosemary flowers.
