Ingredients

Popcorn kernels (unpopped)

80 g

Dried nori seeweed

3 sheet(s), crumbled

Sesame seeds

1 tbs, toasted

Salt

½ tsp

Oil spray

1 x 3 second spray(s)

Instructions

  1. To cook the popcorn, place popcorn kernels in an air popper and cook following manufacturer’s instructions. Alternatively, if you’re using the microwave, place popcorn in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with plate and microwave on high (100%) for 3–4 minutes or until popping subsides. Be sure to lightly spray cooked popcorn with oil before adding flavour to help it stick
  2. Crumble nori seaweed into a small bowl. Add sesame seeds and salt and stir to combine. Sprinkle over popcorn and toss to combine.
