A great alternative to deep-fried potatoes. These fries are slightly sweet, slightly spicy and oven-baked for a nice roasted flavour.

Ingredients

Oil spray

3 x 3 second spray(s)

Butternut pumpkin

450 g, peeled, deseeded, cut into 2cm thick sticks

Chilli powder

½ tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 230°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Arrange pumpkin fries on prepared tray and sprinkle with salt and chili powder. Spray with oil.
  3. Bake, turning once, until golden and crisp, about 14 to 18 minutes.
