Wake up your usual porridge with an assortment of fresh colours, flavours, and textures. Feel free to change things up with other berries, such as strawberries or blackberries, or other fruit such as oranges or bananas.

Ingredients

Rolled oats, dry

½ cup(s), (45g)

Monk fruit sweetener

1 tsp

Ground cinnamon

1 pinch

Fresh blueberries

½ cup(s), (80g)

Fresh raspberries

½ cup(s), (70g)

Slivered almonds

1 tbs, toasted if desired

Granola

1 tbs

Instructions

  1. Combine oats and 1 cup (250 ml) water in a microwave-safe breakfast bowl. Microwave on High (100%) for 2–3 minutes, until oats are cooked and creamy.
  2. Spoon the porridge into bowl. Top with the blueberries, raspberries, almonds, and granola.
