Enjoy the freshness of this dish on Summer days. Fresh tuna, radish, capers and lemon – refreshing and fancy.

Ingredients

Raw tuna

400 g

Rocket

30 g

Cherry tomatoes

100 g, sliced

Red radish

140 g, cut into thin strips

Capers, rinsed, drained

1 tbs

Olive oil

1 tbs

Lemon juice

1 tbs

Instructions

  1. Cut tuna into very thin slices (less than 5mm if possible). Arrange on serving plates.
  2. Combine rocket, tomatoes and radish in a bowl.
  3. Scatter capers over tuna and drizzle with oil and juice. Season with pepper and serve with rocket salad.

Notes

TIP: Make sure you buy very fresh tuna, sashimi-grade if possible.
