Quick and easy to whip up, perfect for a hot summers day.

Ingredients

Low sugar jelly crystals

9 g, (1x9g packet) raspberry flavour

Grapes

100 g, red or green, seedless

Fresh strawberries

100 g, washed, hulled, quartered

Instructions

  1. Make jelly following packet instructions.
  2. Divide grapes and strawberries among four 1-cup (250ml) capacity ramekins or serving glasses. Pour jelly over fruit. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Serve.

Notes

Did you know you can add almost any fruit to jelly except fresh pineapple and kiwi fruit? These fruits contain an enzyme that stops the gelatine from setting.
