The dynamic duo of Greek yoghurt and chocolate protein powder provides 27 grams of protein per serving in this easy smoothie. It’s a great way to use up some leftover brewed coffee.

Ingredients

Instant coffee

1 cup(s), (250ml), made using 1-2 teaspoons instant coffee powder

99% fat-free, plain Greek yoghurt, unsweetened

1 cup(s), (240g)

Whey protein isolate, no added sugar

½ cup(s), (40g)

Instructions

  1. Blend 2 cups of ice, coffee, yoghurt and protein powder in a blender until smooth. Divide the smoothie evenly between 2 glasses.
