These genius morsels turn ham into little cup holders to cook and hold your eggs in. They’re perfect as a handy snack to take on the run.

Ingredients

97% fat-free deli sliced ham

6 slice(s), (leg ham), (6 x 21g slices)

Egg(s)

6 medium

Fresh chives

1 tbs, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line 6 holes of a ⅓ cup (80ml) capacity muffin tray with strips of baking paper, then line each prepared hole with a slice of ham.
  2. Break an egg into each hole. Bake for 15 minutes or until egg is set and cooked to your liking. Sprinkle with chives. Serve warm or cold.
