Anna's easy mocha Weet-Bix slice is a quick and simple no-bake recipe that is perfect for any occasion. In just 10 minutes, you can prep this chocolaty slice that is sure to become a favourite. Made with fresh dates, espresso, Weet-Bix, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, honey, chia seeds, dark chocolate melts, and coconut oil, this slice comes together easily in a large food processor. Once the mixture is ready, simply press it into a lined loaf tin and drizzle with melted chocolate before refrigerating for an hour. Once set, cut it into 16 pieces and enjoy!
