Ingredients

Naan bread

1 piece(s), medium

Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

¼ cup(s)

Grape tomatoes

½ cup(s), halved

Roasted red peppers (packed in water)

¼ cup(s), sliced

Olives

5 medium, Kalamata, pitted, quartered

Crumbled feta cheese

2 tbsp(s)

Uncooked scallions

1 medium, sliced

Fresh dill

2 tsp(s), chopped, fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet; bake 2 -4 minutes to desired crispness. Remove from oven; sprinkle evenly with mozzarella. Top with tomatoes, roasted pepper, olives, feta, and scallions; bake until tomatoes soften a bit and mozzarella melts, about 4 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with dill.
  3. Makes 1 serving.
