This refreshing sangria is the perfect cocktail recipe for summer entertaining because not only is it served in a pitcher, but you can easily put most of it together the night before. When your guests arrive, all you need to do is add some chilled seltzer water. We call for Bing cherries, peaches and plums here, but any stone fruit would be delicious. Choose whatever looks best at your market--nectarines, apricots, Rainier cherries, or pluots. We call for brandy, but peach liqueur or kirsch would be wonderful substitutes.
