Oozing melted chocolate and marshmallow, this campfire treat is quick, simple and seriously yummy!

Ingredients

Homemade cookies

8 cookie(s), medium size, or store-bought, chocolate chip variety

Graham crackers

4 item(s)

60-69% dark chocolate

28 gm, (4x7g squares)

Raspberries

1 cup(s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C. Place half the cookies, top-side down, on a flat work surface. Place 2 marshmallow halves, cut-side up, on each cookie. Top each with a square of chocolate. Sandwich with remaining cookies.
  2. Wrap each cookie stack in foil and place on a baking tray. Bake for 5 minutes. Carefully unwrap and discard foil. Serve with raspberries.
  3. Serving size: 1 s'more

Notes

Tip: You can also place the cookies on a piece of aluminum foil, on a preheated barbecue for 2 minutes or until marshmallow and chocolate melt.
