This easy-to-make burger features lentils, a zero Points food!

Ingredients

Cooked quinoa

2 cup(s)

Cooked lentils

1 cup(s)

Cooked onion

2 tbsp(s), caramelized

Mushrooms

4 tbsp(s), sautéed

Dried oregano

1 tsp(s)

Table salt

1 pinch(es)

Black pepper

1 pinch(es)

Garlic

2 clove(s), large, micned

Garlic powder

2 tsp(s)

Dried plain breadcrumbs

Uncooked egg yolks

Instructions

  1. Combine the booked quinoa and lentils. Mash with the back of a fork.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and combine. Form into 6 4oz patties. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a large non-stick pan. Sear for two minutes per side in batches.
