These flavours all go together beautifully, but you could easily swap out any one for another spice that you prefer. We also love this rub on pork chops and chicken. The recipe covers about 1 pound; double or triple it for a larger piece of meat.

Ingredients

Kosher salt

1¼ tsp(s)

Dried oregano

1 tsp(s)

Dried thyme

1 tsp(s)

Granulated garlic

1 tsp(s)

Ground coriander

1 tsp(s)

Ground cumin

1 tsp(s)

Instructions

  1. In small bowl, stir all ingredients. Rub blend evenly on 1 lb of pork tenderloin before cooking. Or store in airtight container for up to 6 months.
