Ingredients

Mango

2 medium, chopped

Raw lime peel

2 tsp(s), finely grated

Plain fat free yogurt

1 cup(s)

Honey

cup(s)

Instructions

  1. Process mango and rind in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Combine yogurt and honey in a large bowl. Gently stir mango mixture through yogurt until swirled, but not fully combined.
  3. Spoon into 6 x 75 ml popsicle moulds. Poke a popsicle stick into each mould. Freeze for 6 hours or until frozen.
  4. Serving size: 1 popsicle
