With the classic combination of lox and bagel, this tasty toast can be served for breakfast, lunch or even a quick dinner.

Ingredients

WW Plain bagel

1 bagel(s), split and toasted

Avocado

¼ medium, pitted and peeled

Fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp(s)

Table salt

1 pinch(es)

Black pepper

1 pinch(es)

Cucumber

¼ cup(s), thinly sliced

Smoked salmon

2 oz, (2 slices)

Red onion

2 slice(s), thick, thinly sliced rounds

Capers

1 tsp(s)

Fresh dill

2 tsp(s), finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Mash together avocado, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread evenly over each bagel half.
  2. Top each half with cucumber, lox, red onion, capers and dill.
  3. Serving size: 1 bagel

Notes

Substitute low-fat cream cheese for avocado if preferred - modification will impact Points.
