A great way to serve cauliflower, this popular vegetable tastes delicious straight off the grill and topped with a homemade pesto. Cauliflower steaks are fragile when they're tender, so a wide fish spatula makes a great tool to get these off the grill. The heat caramelizes and sweetens the cauliflower like roasting does, and the grill adds charred flavour.
